Terminator 3 actor Nick Stahl reported missing
Terminator: Rise Of The Machines actor Nick Stahl is missing, according to LA police sources…

Whit Stillman hasn’t made a film since 1998. He has a knack for witty dialog and the absurd. With that in mind, the lady and I decided to see his latest, Damsels in Distress. Greta Gerwig, who I always find everso charming, plays Violet, a student at 7 Oaks, a former womens college that has recently gone co-ed. Violet and her pals want to help the world by having low expectations for frat guys who can barely spell, and run a suicide prevention center where donuts and tap dancing are the cure-all.
This movie is wacky as hell. So, I being a fan of wacky, really liked it. Violet and her friends trade their views in proper English, devising ways to quell the problem of B.O. spreading across campus, prevent suicides, and start a dance craze. I want to say it’s typical Stillman, but it’s quirkier than I remember Metropolitan, Barcelona, or Last Days of Disco being. Or wackier.
Hell it’s quirky and wacky, and it flips the college student archetype on its head as we see the dumber than dumb jock-frat guys, the sad, heartbroken girls, the dickish journalism students, and of course, the smart girls who do foolish things. Just in time to join the revolution sparked by Girls, Zoey Deschanel, and Bridesmaids. Only quirkier.

15 Most Dysfunctional Movie Families

1. Loki. Best villain in a Marvel movie-ever. One of the best in a comic-based movie-ever. Tom Hiddleston’s baddie stole so many scenes, and as nefarious as he was, you still liked him while you rooted for the team to stop him. That’s the mark of a great villian.
2. Black Widow was more than a pretty face. Scarlett Johnannson got to kick ass and be more that just some hot chick in leather. Which is probably due to number 3 which is…
3. Joss-Muthafuckin-Whedon. I like Buffy. I love Firefly and Dr. Horrible. However, when he was first named as director of The Avengers, I had my doubts. I was worried he would make it too campy and cartoony. After seeing Cabin in the Woods, I changed my tune. After seeing what he did with the Avengers, I’m excited to see what he does next.
4. The Hulk is juuuuuust right. Mark Ruffalo was a perfect choice for Bruce Banner, and the CG of his alter ego is not too big, not too small, not too mindless. Juuuust right.
5. The Quips! Oh how I love the quips. I love that Iron Man wasn’t the only one getting digs in here and there. Everyone had a few. Just like a real family.
